This workshop is about supporting your body in a way that feels steady, nourishing, and sustainable.
What We’ll Do
We’ll begin with a simple seasonal reflection to help you check in and set intention.
Together we’ll explore an approachable nutrition lesson rooted in functional nutrition and TCM, designed to help you reset for spring. You’ll learn how to support digestion with seasonal foods, why the liver plays such a key role in metabolism and immune resilience, and simple detox habits you can weave into daily life to feel refreshed and balanced from the inside out.
You’ll leave with practical tools(including a handout!) you can actually use.
We’ll close with a 75-minute yin yoga practice designed to:
Release winter stagnation
Support circulation and detox pathways
Calm the nervous system
Create space for fresh energy
Yin is slow, supported, and accessible to all levels, even those new to yin yoga. Poses are held for several minutes with props, allowing your body to gently open and reset.
